This multinational company is the Australian market leader in their field and offering an immediate for a Workshop Labourer to join their Queensland operation.
Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager you will take on the responsibility of ensuring that all work carried out is performed in a safe and accurate manner in line with the requirements, policies and procedures that are well established in the workshop.
With 35% of this role being focused on bandsaw operation for Axle modifications the balance of your time will be focused in assembly of undercarriage systems with your responsibilities requiring attention to detail, taking of accurate measurements and the safe operation of the workshop equipment.
Working a 38 hour working week Monday to Friday with occasional overtime, when the position is offered permanently you will enjoy a half day every second week.
To ensure your success you will be motivated to secure a long-term stable appointment, enjoy the hands-on nature of the work, be mechanically minded and hold a current Forklift Licence and be experienced with workshop tooling to assist with Axle assembly and modifications.
