Working with a team of specialists and experts in steel fabrication, we are looking to secure an experienced workshop Welding Supervisor. If you pride yourself in delivering quality, have the skills to drive productivity in your team of 10 to 15 Qualified Tradesmen and Trades Assistants and enjoy being associated with local major project providers, this role is for you!

To ensure your success you should demonstrate the following:

• Trade Qualified
• Demonstrated experience in a senior workshop role with supervision
• Confident communicator with the ability drive productivity
• Sound knowledge of AS/NZS1554.1 SP
• Commitment to Safety and Quality
• AS1796 Cert 10 or AS2214 desirable
• Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
• Determine welding methods required for each project and communicate the expectation to the team
