Position Overview

Reporting to the State Manager and supported by a Warehouse Manager, Inventory Administration Manager and approximately 25 warehouse and distribution staff, you will be joining a stable Management Team that work together to deliver wider business outcomes.

Broadly this appointment will encompass thought, leadership and action across:

  • Distribution operational efficiency, improvement projects and staff management
  • Measurement and achievement of individual and operational KPI’s across people, safety, assets, DIFOT and inventory while;
  • Actively collaborating with Management and Operations to ensure all areas of the Warehouse and Distributions Operations in Queensland work together to deliver exceptional outcomes to customer’s and the wider business

During your career you would have developed a deep understanding of operational efficiency within either a warehouse or distribution environment and understand what great Teams can achieve utilising the best resources to deliver outcomes across people, culture, teamwork and performance.

Your experience allows you to provide clear guidance across stock movement in receipting, dispatch and stock control while possessing great leadership to coordinate your team to deliver outcomes on pick rates, transfer reports, cycle counts while, at all times be astutely aware of what drives safety and great warehouse husbandry.

You will be a contemporary leader, a consistent role model that drives your Teams culture and comfortably balance your genuine care for people with the businesses commercial requirements.
