Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Are you searching for an exciting opportunity that offers variety, role ownership, location, employment terms and conditions, culture and a big future? Our client is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join their united team in the Southside of Brisbane, on a temporary to permanent basis.
This role would be a great fit for someone with a big interest in the Warehouse and Logistics industry and looking to kickstart their career with a company that offers career stability and a future. You will be working in an office environment where you will work closely with the Warehouse Staff.
The day-to-day duties of your role with consist of the following:
- General Warehouse Administration
- Responsible for the preparation and collating of accurate Manifests to send to local or regional branches.
- Communicate with the Branches on the goods they are receiving, what transport company their delivery is booked with and provide an ETA of arrival for their delivery.
- Assist the Branches locate missing or late freight.
- You will be required to book in deliveries with the third party logistics company – ensuring all Freight is handled and delivered correctly to the Branches.
- Assist with general warehouse duties when large projects are running and if you have capacity.
To ensure your success you will demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or operations role as this will have you fully understanding the supply requirements.
- Be double vaccinated.
- Possess intermediate computer skills, great attention to detail and accurate keyboarding experience.
