Located in Coopers Plains and actively being recruited is the opportunity to secure a role which offers security and variety for an enthusiastic and experienced Service Technician to provide exceptional local service support to this leading equipment supplier to the aged care sector. This role offers a Salary which includes a fully maintained service vehicle (which you take home each night), laptop and mobile phone.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete service calls with the highest level of skill and customer service.
• Track and document the progression of the work & reports.
• Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosis of product faults with solutions.
• Perform on-site activities related to installation, repair and maintenance.
• Maintain the company vehicle ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
• Maintain stock levels of spare parts for continued efficient service.
• Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy.

To ensure your success you will demonstrate through your experience the following:

• Demonstrated experience maintaining and servicing equipment.
• Superb customer service, communication and good time-management skills.
• Ability to understand customer’s needs providing appropriate solutions.
• Clean open manual Driver’s Licence.
• Strong safety focus while performing manual handling duties.
• The willingness to obtain a Testing and Tag License (the company has all the required equipment available).
• Be able to read and understand Diagrams.
• Intermediate computer skills to log all service-related data and reports for customers.
• Team player.
