Position Overview

Reporting to the State Manager and supported by a Team of 9 Customer Support Coordinators and Service Technicians, you will be joining a stable Management Team that work together to deliver both strategic and operation business outcomes.

Broadly this appointment will encompass thought, leadership and action to manage the Service and Repair Department with the aim to ensure a high standard of maintenance and repairs are provided to the customer that enhances the brand and confidence from the eyes of the customers.

You will assume the responsibility of leading and managing the day-to-day activities associated with the Service and Repair department, ensuring people and performance is consistently measured to ensure work is performed safety, within product and company guidelines and where required further training and development is carried out to deliver on both the customer and business objectives.

Your continual interaction with customers and the wider business will allow you to commit to continuous development and the updating of procedures within the QMS as you monitor the daily, weekly and monthly job activity, service and financial delivery.

With the incumbent committed to providing a detail handover, you can have the confidence that you will secure a detailed handover and an in-depth onboarding process across people, quality, service delivery, inventory and parts procurement that will allow you to confidently manage operational efficiency, understand and drive improvement projects while actively collaborating with Management to ensure all areas of the Service and Repair operations work together and deliver exceptional outcomes to customer’s and the wider business.
