An exciting opportunity with a market leading provider of Healthcare equipment and related services across Australia is seeking to appoint a Service Administrator to their Head Office Team located on the Southside of Brisbane.
Working in this united team, you will enjoy the interface between customers, suppliers and Healthcare equipment service technicians with this role best suited to someone who enjoys delivering great service, positive outcomes, has a great attention to detail and who loves to learn.
What your day will look like:
- Assisting customers with trouble shooting and enquiries related to breakdowns or faults in their healthcare equipment.
- Schedule repairs with aged care facilities, hospitals and private clients.
- Ensuring all systems entries are accurate.
- Processing service calls and keeping track of orders, including service calls and purchase orders.
- Identify parts based on make and model of equipment.
To ensure your success with this one you will demonstrate the following:
- The ability to work and enjoy a busy work environment.
- The ability to deliver outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Great interpersonal communication skills.
- Great organisational skills and be able to multi-task.
- Be fully Vaccinated due to the frontline nature of the industry.
