An insight into your Manager’s Style

Reporting to the National Industry Liaison Manager, a leader in this group with the moral compass, energy and passion to deliver business and community outcomes, you will experience an enviable management team relationship based on honesty, integrity, trust and transparency.

Position Purpose

This role will see you manage a team of five Clinical Professionals committed to increasing the aged care industries understanding and awareness of a service suite offered within the companies Home Care Communities.

You will be the “go to” person for your team leading, supporting and managing to ensure results are delivered across but not limited to:

  • Engaging the aged care industry within your nominated region to develop trusted relationships that will result in industry awareness and referrals to the business
  • Sourcing and delivering timely feedback to the National Industry Liaison Manager on areas of reputational risk within industry channels
  • Managing a productive team that delivers outcomes through educating the industry and community
  • Work collaboratively with your team to increase positive awareness of the model of care with aged care stakeholders
  • Support corporate governance

Your Success

To ensure your success you will be passionate about working in the Aged Care, Health Care or Allied Services and have demonstrated experience across clinical sales, community and supervision or leadership roles, intermediate computer skills and CRM systems, advanced interpersonal communication skills and the demonstrated ability to honestly and naturally engage in conversation that builds trust and an understanding of the customer requirements. Ideally, you will hold a current registration with AHPRA, be able to undertake a Federal Police Check, hold a current and valid Australian Drivers License.
