Reporting to the National Sales and Marketing Manager, who has an enviable body of industry expertise and that leads with an energy and passion to deliver the support to you as you lead, mentor and develop the Queensland Sales Team.
You will experience a leadership style of honesty, transparency and cohesiveness in decisions being made while securing the support to ensure results are delivered to the resident, the community, yourself and your new team.
You will enjoy the responsibility of implementing the sales strategy through mentoring, developing and leading the Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed occupancy and RAD budgets across the Queensland portfolio.
Responsible for building valued and trusted relationships with your team to aid them to deliver outcomes to prospective residents and families.
To ensure your success you will have proven expertise in sales and leadership roles within the Health Care, Aged Care, Community Care or related Industry.
Your formal qualifications coupled with a clear understanding and knowledge of the funding in Aged Care along with your ability to travel to different sites within the Region will enable you to deliver strong results through your leadership ability and passion for Aged Care.
You will lead your Team to achieve or exceed occupancy and RAD Targets, providing the required support to optimise performance and efficiencies. Your ability to develop performance plans, marketing initiatives, identify networking opportunities that generate business leads coupled with the ability to meet the requirements of a changing industry.
