The Group:

Responding to the rapidly growing home care and support services market and partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders, which include Government, Individuals, Retirement Village Operators, Health Care Professionals and Hospitals to deliver quality of life and in-home care services, the need to appoint this integral role to support the business is actively on the Group’s hiring agenda.

The Role Brief:

With a flat management structure, you will assist the Clinical Quality and Safety Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the in-home care service and provide administrative support to the Care Managers, Business Managers and their staff on all operational, clinical and quality care standards related matters along with monitoring, reviewing and coordinating the clinical training requirements to support the quality care standards across the organisation.

Your Success:

To ensure your success you will have experience in Quality Standards, with high attention to detail and the ability to work across a number of different system platforms to deliver on the provision of quality care, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement opportunities.

Critical to your success you will have strong interpersonal communication skills; the ability to manage all areas of documentation creation/review and to ensure a sustainable clinical governance structure within the standards. Your new manager has an open and collaborative communication style and is encouraging her team to engage in round table discussions, she will provide mentorship through the early stages of your new role and support you to advancing your career prospects through continued training and development.
