Position Overview:
Reporting to the State Manager and supported by a Team of 9 Customer Support Coordinators and Service Technicians, you will be joining a stable Management Team that work together to deliver both strategic and operation business outcomes.
Broadly this appointment will encompass leadership and action to oversee the daily operations with the aim to ensure a high standard of maintenance and repairs to mobility support equipment is provided while ensuring that activities aligh with budget expectations.
Your continual interaction with customers and the wider business will allow you to commit to continuous development and the updating of procedures within the QMS as you monitor the daily, weekly and monthly job activity, service and financial delivery.

During your career you would have developed a deep understanding of operational efficiency within a service delivery environment and understand what great Teams can achieve utilising the best resources to deliver outcomes across people, culture, teamwork and performance.
Your experience across contracts, purchasing, work scheduling and resource allocation, scheduling, allows you to provide clear guidance to your Team while possessing great leadership to coordinate your team day-to-day service and repair delivery of customers support equipment.
With a detailed handover available, you can have the confidence that you will secure an in-depth onboarding process across people, quality, service delivery, inventory and parts procurement that will allow you to confidently manage operational efficiency, understand and drive improvement projects while actively collaborating with Management to ensure all areas of the Service and Repair operations work together and deliver exceptional outcomes to customer’s and the wider business.
