This privately owned and operated business, based in the South Western suburbs of Brisbane is looking to grow an already skilled Internal Sales and Customer Service Team with an internal promotion creating this exceptional opportunity.

Reporting to a Manager that leads from the front you will enjoy managing customers enquiries and requirements to deliver a high level of continued customer satisfaction.

Working closely with all Departments you will assist with the smooth running of the day-to-day internal sales activities, ensuring all internal and external customers are serviced and supported delivering the shortest possible lead times across these activities.

With a primary focus on the day-to-day internal communication channel between the customer and the company, you will manage all relevant and critical specifications relating to each job from a recording and logging perspective.  You will prioritise the receipt and processing of all internal enquiries, attend to counter sales as they present, forward relevant sales enquiries to the sales representatives, process purchase orders and track these through the work order system, provide accurate system based estimates and quotes to customers both verbally and in writing along with following up any outstanding quotes to proactively contribute to the team focus of securing quoted work and increasing revenue.

To ensure your success you will be motivated to join a cohesive team, be driven to achieve the set individual, team and company targets, have demonstrated organisational, mechanical understanding and mathematical ability, possess intermediate MS Office Suite Applications and a track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
