Located in Ipswich and actively being recruited is an opportunity that offers day-to-day variety, Customer and Community engagement and a National Market Leading Profile in the Healthcare Industry.
Day-to-day duties involve:
- To deliver healthcare equipment to Customers in a safe, responsible, courteous and timely manner.
- Establish rapport and deliver a helpful service to Customers when making your local deliveries.
- Ensure delivery dockets and associated paperwork are signed and completed for all deliveries.
- Assist with the receipt, dispatch and branch storage duties as required.
- Assist of the assembly of products and equipment of health care equipment if needed once delivered.
- Strong safety focus while performing manual handling duties.
To be successful for this position you will demonstrate the following:
- Hold a Current and clean Driver’s Licence (van deliveries)
- General knowledge of the local Ipswich and surrounding area.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Good communication, presentation, time management and organisational skills.
- Be fully vaccinated due to the frontline Customers they support.
- Physically fit with the ability to load and unload the van within safety guidelines and with duty of care to the products.
- Commitment to ongoing learning of the products you will be delivering.
