Are you motivated to take the next step and provide exceptional customer service while working with a market leading group focused on making a difference to the way support services are provided to their Customers?

You new position will have you working with a fun and caring team that provides support to the wider business including saving and printing customer quote requests, sourcing updated supplier pricing, preparing system generated documents, managing the availability of demonstration equipment, booking out the equipment for demonstration and working with the Representatives and Therapists to ensure the equipment is available for their customers when needed.

You will be motivated to participate in ongoing product training to ensure you possess a high level of product Knowledge that allows you have the confidence when dealing with internal or external customers needs efficiently and, as you will be joining an ever expanding business you will work closely and professionally with other areas of the business including the warehouse, service and corporate to ensure that Customer enquiries are quickly and effectively responded to.

To ensure your success, you will be a real team player, take pride in your presentation,  possess advanced interpersonal communication skills, accuracy in your work and demonstrate everyday your commitment to delivering solutions to customers that are life changing.
