Are you motivated to provide exceptional customer service with a market leading group that is focused on making a difference to the way support services are provided to their customers?

Located from a newly appointed offices you will take incoming service calls from a mix of customers, scheduling preventative maintenance with aged care facilities and hospitals and promptly organising the company Service Technicians to support their equipment needs.  You will accurately log the detail of the required services into the CRM whilst liaising with suppliers and the customer to ensure great outcomes are delivered.

 

You will be motivated to deliver superior service and accuracy in both your database CRM entries through the use of your advanced interpersonal skills and exceptional attention while on a daily basis demonstrate the ability to self-motivate, work autonomously and learn new systems and processes easily.
