Monday to Friday – Temporary to Permanent Position

An exciting opportunity with a market leading provider of Healthcare Equipment and related services across Australia is seeking to appoint a Customer Service Centric Administrator to their QLD Team which is located on the Southside of Brisbane.

This role will see you enjoy taking incoming calls, key in orders into the system, checking stock levels and returning calls from customers in relation to back orders.  This role will be a great fit for you if you enjoy delivering great customer service, enjoy attention oriented work and if you love to learn.

To ensure your success in your new role, you will demonstrate the following: 

• The ability to deliver great accuracy to your work
• The ability to retain the learning and development that is afforded to you in regular training sessions and workshops
• Successfully work and thrive in a busy work environment
• Great follow-up on customer enquiries regarding product deliveries
• Great communication and team spirit
• Well organised
• Be fully Vaccinated due to the frontline nature of the Industry
