Be the Integral Support for the Company Representatives with this market leading group

Are you motivated to provide exceptional customer service while working with a market leading group focused on making a difference to the way support services are provided to their customers?

Your new position will have you located at the Coopers Plains Branch and working with a hands-on Manager that is committed to your onboarding, training and development to ensure you succeed.

Your Team of sixteen members are committed to working through the daily branch enquiries and providing the ongoing and integral support to the Company Representatives to ensure that their relationships are cemented, commitments are kept and the customer experiences the best outcome possible.

This varied role will have you delivering support across customer interaction, answer incoming calls and providing to the company Representatives support across the checking of stock levels in the system (for the Warehouse), following up back orders, and when required generated system-based quotes

To ensure your success, you will be a real team player, take pride in being a go to person for the Aged Care Representatives you support, possess advanced interpersonal communication skills, deliver accuracy in your work and demonstrate your everyday commitment to delivering solutions to customers that are life changing.
