Your Company:

Built on solid foundations this Australian owned and operated paddock to plate business has carved an enviable reputation through product innovation and the development of progressive working relationships with their internal and external business partners which, has resulted in their continued growth.

Your Role Purpose:

With the group goal of being the market leader in Value Add product innovation, as the Business Development Manager for the Foodservice business you will continue to maintain and further develop positive relationships with major Foodservice Distributor and End User Markets within your territory.

You:

Best suited to a self-motivated and innovative Sales Representative, Relationship Manager, Account or Sales Manager with demonstrated experience across Food, Protein or the Hospitality sector experience or exposure.

Once appointed your focus will be to manage and grow the Foodservice Distributor and End User markets within your designated territory to achieve top line sales, profit budgets, product distribution and ranging targets in line with the business objectives.

You will be motivated to develop a thorough knowledge of the company’s products, production processes, visions and values and utilise this knowledge and your advanced interpersonal skills to develop and further strengthen effective working relationships with relevant decision makers.

Your regular Foodservice Distributor and End User Market visits will ensure you secure market share within your territory and secure the field intelligence and opportunity to participate in relevant end-user trade events, foodservice conferences and special events as requested.

Reporting to and working closely alongside the Business Manager you will work best with a motivated, hands on, transparent team, enjoying close working relationships with a dynamic, focused, down-to-earth team of skilled individuals who are committed to the group’s success across Marketing, New Product Development, Finance, Production and the Leadership Team.
