The Group:

Responding to the rapidly growing home care and support services market and partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders, which include Government, Individuals, Retirement Village Operators, Health Care Professionals and Hospitals to deliver quality of life and in-home care services, the need to appoint this integral role to support the business is actively on the Group’s hiring agenda.

The Role Brief:

With a flat management structure, you will assist the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the in-home care service and provide support to the Care Managers, Business Managers and their staff on all operational, clinical and quality care standards related matters along with monitoring, reviewing and coordinating the clinical training requirements to support the quality care standards across the organisation.

Your Success:

To ensure your success you will have demonstrated experience in clinical leadership and management roles, and possess a detailed understanding of Clinical Governance and Clinical Care Standards to ensure the ongoing development and implementation of a quality framework across the business, which delivers on the provision of quality care, including regulatory compliance requirements and continuous improvement.

Critical to your success you will have advanced interpersonal communication skills; stakeholder engagement experience; the ability to manage, develop and mentor managers; possess demonstrated Healthcare Qualifications; and experience around clinical governance working within the Clinical Care Standards to further design, develop and implement a quality framework across the business that will ensure the continuous improvement in the provision of quality care and regulatory compliance.
