I am searching for a highly organised Administration Coordinator for this busy Manager who travels extensively. This support will come from a person of trust who can take on the excess administrative day-to-day pressure, work responsibility and autonomously from home as required, be exceptionally presented and spoken when attending support meetings, assist with the analysis of data, review of contracts and the submission of final tender documents.
To secure this exceptional opportunity you must demonstrate the following:
- Advanced interpersonal communication skills
- Experience providing high level support to Senior management
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse data, effectively use VLOOKUP and PivotTable to organise and summarise data
- Assist with the creation and deliver of Vendor Agreement and Key Account KPI Reporting for major Accounts
