11th Anniversary Prize Draw — Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is being run by Youngbrook Recruitment Pty Ltd (ABN 78 1222 019 69) whose office is at Level 1, 122 Lytton Road, Bulimba QLD 4171.
2. Entry in this Prize Draw will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older.
4. The Prize Draw commences on Wednesday, 2 May 2018 at 5.00am AEST.
5. The Prize Draw closes on Thursday, 31 May 2018 at 6.00pm AEST. Entries received outside of this time period will not be considered.
6. To be eligible to enter you must: a) Like Youngbrook Recruitment on Facebook b) Review Youngbrook Recruitment on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/pg/YoungbrookRecruitment/reviews/
7. Entrants consent to Youngbrook Recruitment using their review in advertising, marketing and promotional material for an unlimited time, where the entrants’ name will not be disclosed in such activities.
8. The prize is worth a value of $200. The prize will be awarded to the successful entrant in the form of a gift card.
9. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will take place on Friday, 1 June 2018 at Level 1, 122 Lytton Road, Bulimba QLD 4171.
10. Entry into the Prize Draw gives consent to Youngbrook Recruitment to publicise the name of winner on the Internet and print media.
11. A person can only enter one time per Prize Draw period. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
12. The successful entrant will be notified in writing, prompting them to contact Youngbrook Recruitment to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the entrant and select another winner.
13. The winner will be sent the prize within two weeks of notification.
14. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the prize draw. The winner consents to Youngbrook Recruitment using the winner’s photograph, film and voice for an unlimited time in promotion on the internet, without additional compensation or prior notice.
15. No responsibility can be accepted for entries or prizes not received for whatever reason.
16. Any costs associated with entering and participating in the Prize Draw remains the responsibility of each entrant.
17. The promoter’s decision regarding all matters to do with the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Youngbrook Recruitment shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
19. Youngbrook Recruitment reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw if circumstances arise outside of its control.
