An insight:

Reporting to the General Manager of Sales and Marketing who leads with an energy and passion to deliver support to you and outcomes to the business and community.

You will experience an enviable leadership style of honesty, transparency and cohesiveness in decisions being made and secure the training and support to ensure results are delivered to the customer, community, yourself and your Team.

Position Purpose:

You will be responsible for building valued and trusted relationships with prospects and clients by delivering outcomes to Outgoing Residents and providing up to date information to prospective residents and families regarding care, solutions and lifestyle options that are on offer and at all times be an individual model of  professionalism.

Your Success

To ensure your success you will have demonstrated sales experience, intermediate computer skills and CRM systems knowledge, current federal police clearance as well as CPR and First Aid Certificates, advanced interpersonal communication skills and the demonstrated ability to honestly and naturally engage in conversation that builds trust and an understanding of the customer requirements.
