Key responsibilities
- Planning and managing daily transport operations including route scheduling, driver allocation and load optimisation

- Recruiting, supervising and performance managing drivers and transport coordinators

- Financial awareness around transport cost management, budgeting and contractor spend
- Experience with transport management systems and route optimisation platforms
