They translate demand into achievable daily and weekly production plans, manage competing priorities across work centres, and keep operations moving when things don’t go to plan.

What we screen for
- Demonstrated experience in a production scheduling or planning role within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Hands-on ERP/MRP system experience — SAP, MYOB Advanced, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar
- Strong analytical capability and proficiency in Excel for capacity analysis and reporting
- Ability to hold competing priorities clearly and make sound calls under time pressure
- Communication skills to work across production, warehouse, procurement and commercial teams
- Understanding of BOMs, routings and work order processes across manufacturing or distribution environments
