Key responsibilities
- Performing repetitive production tasks accurately and consistently to meet output targets
- Operating basic production equipment, tools and hand-held devices as required

Pay Rates for Process Workers in Brisbane
The Manufacturing Award sets the casual base rate for process workers at $31.83/hr from 1 July 2025, inclusive of the 25% casual loading.
