Youngbrook Recruitment is currently seeking two experienced Maintenance Electricians / Electrical Maintenance Technicians for a high-speed manufacturing facility located in Coopers Plains on Brisbane’s Southside.

These full-time opportunities suit hands-on electricians with strong fault-finding ability, industrial maintenance experience, and a practical approach to keeping critical plant and equipment running efficiently. Available Shifts

Two positions are currently available:

  • Day Shift — 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Afternoon Shift — 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday to Friday

About the Role

Working as part of an established maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance across critical manufacturing systems while also responding to breakdowns and supporting the reliability of site operations.

This role will suit an electrician who enjoys a mix of scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, repair work, and practical problem-solving within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment
  • Diagnose electrical faults and carry out troubleshooting and repairs
  • Respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime and support production continuity
  • Assist with maintaining reliable operation of critical plant and equipment
  • Complete maintenance documentation and reporting accurately
  • Maintain strong safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards on site
  • Actively participate in daily pre-starts and operational initiatives

Skills and Experience

  • Electrical trade qualification
