Inventory Controllers are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of stock records across warehouse and distribution environments.

- High proficiency with WMS and/or ERP systems (SAP, MYOB, Oracle, NetSuite or similar)
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail, particularly in reconciliation and variance analysis
- Ability to work across both physical warehouse and desk-based environments
- Clear communication skills for reporting to management and working with operational teams
- Experience with cycle counting methodologies and stocktake coordination
Licenses and Tickets
- Forklift licence (LF) — advantageous for roles with a hands-on warehouse component
- White card — where site conditions require it
- Relevant tertiary or vocational qualification in logistics, supply chain or business (advantageous, not required)
