This is how every role is managed, regardless of seniority, industry or urgency.
Up to 12 months. The industry standard is 3.
Four months standard, six months for middle management, twelve months for senior appointments. If a placement doesn’t work out within that period, we find a replacement. Because a methodology this structured should be backed by a guarantee that reflects it.
