Youngbrook Recruitment is currently seeking two reliable Factory Workers for full-time day shift roles based in Loganholme.

This is a secure Monday to Friday opportunity offering consistent hours, strong hourly pay and the potential to move into a permanent position.

Job Summary

• Location: Loganholme, Brisbane QLD
• Pay Rate: $35 – $36 per hour
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 6.00am to 2.00pm
• Employment Type: Full Time
• Opportunity: Permanent position available

About the Role

We are looking to secure two team members who can bring an exceptional work ethic, reliability and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role will include the movement, accurate measuring and weighing of compounds used throughout the manufacturing process, along with general factory and forklift duties.

Day to Day Duties

• Mixing and blending dry raw materials in readiness for production
• Producing small and large batches of manufactured product
• Operating a forklift to move raw materials and manufactured products
• Safely moving raw materials from the warehouse to manufacturing areas
• Assisting with packing, wrapping and moving stock
• Shredding faulty stock as required
• Supporting the wider production and warehouse team as needed

What You Will Need

• A current Forklift Licence
• Forklift operation experience
• The ability to perform manual handling duties
• A physically fit and reliable approach to work
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 6.00am to 2.00pm
• A strong work ethic and commitment to safe work practices
