About the Opportunity

• $65,000 per year + superannuation

With a small, friendly team to support you and a large national platform providing structure and security, this role offers the right person the opportunity to build long-term success in a meaningful local position.

You will be one of the first points of contact for customers seeking health-related products and services, whether they are walking in, calling or emailing.

Your New Position

This role is all about listening, understanding and guiding people toward the right product or service with empathy and professionalism.

You will support customers through a mix of face-to-face service, phone enquiries, email communication and the administration that sits behind great service delivery.

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for formal qualifications. We are looking for the right person.

You may come from retail, hospitality, call centre or another customer-facing environment where you have developed strong communication skills and a genuine understanding of what matters to customers.
