In this position, you will be one of the first points of contact for customers seeking life-changing health solutions, whether they walk in, call or email.

This role is all about listening, understanding and guiding people toward the right product or service with empathy, professionalism and genuine care.

• Welcoming and assisting customers in a warm and professional manner
• Responding to customer enquiries in person, over the phone and by email
• Listening carefully to customer needs and guiding them toward suitable products or services
• Providing customer support with empathy, patience and attention to detail
