We are spreading the Christmas cheer by giving $500 credit to businesses and $500 cash to candidates for every new client referral! There is no limit to how many companies you can refer, so you can claim the referral fee as many times as you like. As a reputable labour hire and permanent recruitment agency, we will give you all the credit for every new referral you provide to Youngbrook Recruitment and keep in touch with you during the referral process.

In order to make your Christmas this year even merrier with $500, all you have to do is follow these three simple steps:

Step 2. Upon receiving your company referral, we will reach out and give you all the credit.

Step 3. We will let you know when your referral signs up.

Terms and Conditions

1. 1. The Refer a Company offer is being run by Youngbrook Recruitment Pty Ltd (ABN 78 1222 019 69) whose Brisbane office is located at Level 1, 122 Lytton Road, Bulimba QLD 4171.
2. 2. Referring a company to Youngbrook Recruitment will be taken as acceptance of all the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
3. 3. The referral fee is a $500 credit off your next hire for companies (limited to Youngbrook Recruitment’s services), or $500 for candidates that will be awarded in the form of a bank transfer.
4. 4. The Refer a Company offer starts 20^th November 2018 AEST.
5. 5. The Refer a Company offer end date is currently ongoing, but is subject to change without notice.
6. 6. The referral fee is paid to the referrer when
7. 7. The invoice for a permanent placement has been paid.
8. 8. The company has hired a labour hire or temporary employee that has worked for Youngbrook Recruitment for a month [4 weeks x 38 hour working weeks].
9. 9. You are allowed to refer more than one business and you are encouraged to do so in order to claim the referral fee several times.
10. 10. The referred company must not be within Youngbrook Recruitment’s database or we must not have had contact with the referred company within the past year from the date of the referral.
11. 11. The referrer must be on Youngbrook Recruitment’s current database prior to engaging us for the referral program.
12. 12. If a referrer is an employee of a company on Youngbrook Recruitment’s database, the $500 will be gifted to the company in the form of a $500 credit off their next hire with Youngbrook Recruitment.
13. 13. Available to Australian residents aged 18 or older.
14. 14. If any information provided by the referrer at any point in the process is found to be false in any respect, Youngbrook Recruitment will not be liable to pay the referral fee. 16. 16. Youngbrook Recruitment reserves the right to discontinue the Refer a Company promotion at any time.
17. 17. Youngbrook Recruitment shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change will be effectively immediately upon posting to this webpage
