Located at Tweed Heads 

On offer is an immediate start to join the local Tweed Heads Healthcare Equipment Team and have you taking responsibility of all local deliveries and the set-up of equipment for the customer as trained when required.

Your day-to-day will see you working with a market leader in the Healthcare Industry, offering the potential for a stable, long-term appointment should you take pride in being the go-to person for all deliveries and demonstrate your everyday commitment to delivering and assembling essential Healthcare equipment for customers that is life changing.

To ensure your success you should demonstrate:

  • Good general knowledge of the local Tweed area.
  • Hold a clean and open Drivers Licence to perform deliveries in the company van.
  • Be a brand ambassador, delivering high quality products and assisting with the installation of products and equipment to Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Aged Care Communities and to the general public in a responsible, courteous and timely manner.
  • Ensure the required paperwork is signed and completed for all deliveries and assistance you provide with the set-up of the equipment for the customer.
  • Assist your Team as required to ensure exceptional branch, product and customer outcomes are met as required.

Your Success

To ensure your success you will have demonstrated sales experience ideally in the Healthcare and or Aged Care industry, possess the ability to nurture relationships with referrers and community organisations, demonstrate a clear understanding or demonstrate the ability to learn the cost to supply aged care, RADs, DAPs and RAC / DACs, and possess intermediate computer skills.

You will enjoy understanding and committing to a focus of continuous improvement, be confidential, demonstrate the ability to work in a timely manner while managing multiple and at times conflicting priorities to deliver results.

You will be an individual who at all times is centered and focused on delivering exceptional outcomes to the prospective residents for this outstanding Aged Care community.
