- Committing to ongoing product training provided by the company to assist customers including the general public and Allied Health therapists in their purchase of Mobility and Rehabilitation equipment.
- Maintaining the presentation of showroom stock and displays and being confident (with training) to demonstrate equipment with our customers.
- Working with our growing team to ensure our customers receive the best customer service in our industry.
- Processing quotes, orders and invoices utilising multiple point of sale systems.
- Assisting with general enquiries and the provision of administrative support.

Working in a small yet united warehousing team located in Hervey Bay, you will be assisting with the supply of healthcare equipment products that make a difference to the way everyday Australians live their life.
With an immediate start available, a weekly payroll and full training if needed, this position will commence as a temporary engagement and once you have identified that this is the future role for you a Permanent position will be offered.
The role:
- Picking, packing and wrapping of customer orders in timely manner.
- General warehouse duties.
- Assist the branch operations with the safe operation of manual handling equipment.
- Be a confident and clear communicator with the ability to assist customers that present to the warehouse with order enquiries.
- Assist with receipting activities which involves the entry into the Warehouse System of stock received.
- Deliver a great attention to detail and accuracy in your receiving and dispatch activities.
- Be reliable and have a commitment to safety and quality while motivated to support the business operations in different areas as needed.
