Are you a Receptionist with Genie Practice Management Software experience and looking for ongoing part time work?

An immediate opening is now available for an experienced Receptionist looking to work each Friday to support a specialist Dermatologist Clinic in Spring Hill.

To ensure your success you will be experienced with Genie Practice Management Software, be warm, engaging and welcome clients as they arrive for their appointments, answer incoming calls, complete patient bookings and billings while assisting the small yet friendly team with their administration requirements.

This role will commence on Friday the 1st of November, assist with coverage the following Tuesday for the Melbourne Cup  and then each Friday and or as your availability aligns with required support days.
