An exciting opportunity to join a market leading provider of healthcare equipment and related services across Australia at their Queensland Head Office located at Coopers Plains.

Working with this united team and exceptional Manager, you will enjoy the interface between customers, suppliers and Healthcare equipment Service Technicians.  If you are focused on delivering service, positive outcomes, and are passionate about regularly participating in product training to deliver a high level of support to customer enquiries then APPLY NOW.

What your day will look like: 

• Answering incoming phone calls and documenting all enquiries from customers accurately.
• Assisting customers and triaging their enquiries related to maintenance or faults and entering service calls, repair or warranty jobs into the system developed to support these customer work orders.
• Purchase spare parts for customer orders or stock.
• Complete quotes as required.
• Attend in-house and ongoing product training to ensure you develop a high level of product knowledge that achieves supporting customer enquiries more efficiently.

To ensure your success with this one you will demonstrate the following: 

• An understanding and compassion approach to customer service calls.
• Great organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
• Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and a willingness to learn.
• Microsoft Word and Outlook experience.
• Reliable and have a true commitment to delivering outcomes that change the lives of everyday Australians.
