Reporting to the National Sales and Marketing Manager, who has an enviable body of industry expertise and that leads with an energy and passion to deliver support to you and the Buderim Aged Care Community.

You will experience a leadership style of honesty, transparency and cohesiveness in decisions being made while securing the training and support to ensure results are delivered to the resident, the community, yourself and the new Buderim Team.

 

Position Purpose:

You will be responsible for building valued and trusted relationships with prospects and clients by delivering information and outcomes to prospective residents and families regarding care, solutions and lifestyle options that are on offer and at all times be an individual model of professionalism.

 

Your Success

To ensure your success you will have demonstrated sales experience ideally in the Healthcare and or Aged Care industry, possess the ability to nurture relationships with referrers and community organisations, demonstrate a clear understanding or demonstrate the ability to learn the cost to supply aged care, RADs, DAPs and RAC / DACs, and possess intermediate computer skills.

You will enjoy understanding and committing to a focus of continuous improvement, be confidential, demonstrate the ability to work in a timely manner while managing multiple and at times conflicting priorities to deliver results.

You will be an individual who at all times is centred and focused on delivering exceptional outcomes to the prospective residents for this outstanding Aged Care community.
