At Youngbrook, you’ll focus on attracting, recruiting, and selecting high-quality candidates while driving business metrics and strengthening our brand by managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume, fast-turnaround roles.

You will:

• Run a warm, developing desk in Trade & Labour Hire
• Source, screen, and mobilise candidates efficiently
• Build strong client and candidate relationships
• Deliver against performance metrics while maintaining quality and compliance
• Represent the Youngbrook brand with professionalism and urgency

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in Trade & Labour Hire or blue-collar recruitment
• Confidence managing high-volume recruitment and fast mobilisation
• Strong CRM skills and comfort with job boards & recruitment technology
• Advanced communication skills to build trust with clients and candidates
• A team-first attitude ready to step up during peak periods
