Design Engineer I Autodesk Inventor

Are you in between projects and looking to confirm your next assignment that will keep you cash flow positive while building your portfolio further.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director who has recently expanded the Brisbane Manufacturing Operation, you will be instrumental in the design area by creating drawings that will be instrumental in supporting the in-house design engineers to help create unique and custom manufacturing solutions.

With an immediate start on offer your contribution will be invaluable to this team and to ensure your success your experience suite should include:

• The ability to effectively plan and organise work flow
• Competent use of Autodesk Inventor and competent with 3D modelling
• Experience in the design of hydraulic manifolds and hydraulic cylinders
• A comprehensive understanding of hydraulic systems
• Competent use of AutoCAD
• Be passionate about local manufacturing and possess the drive, initiative and commitment to excellence to ensure this team continues to deliver accuracy, quality and avoidance of error in the manufacturing process
