Design and Quality Engineer

Reporting directly to the Managing Director who is executing exciting contracts and expansion plans across three locations, is motivated to appoint an Engineer who not only can design and generate manufacturing drawings using inventor but can lead and build the businesses quality system further.

This lead role will best suit an Engineer who is driven to deliver results across engineering and the business, a demonstrated self-starter who is motivated and experienced to take ownership of but not limited to;

• Design hydraulic manifolds and hydraulic cylinders using Inventor
• Generate manufacturing drawings
• Generation of customer estimates and quotes
• Be experienced in planning, work flow, machine times
• Set up and monitor KPI’s to monitor business operations, costs, work flow and Return-on-investment
• Lead and further enhance the Quality Management System ensuring the system is kept up to date and that all quality compliance checks, policy, procedure and processes are followed and enhanced as required
