Are you ready to step up and take full ownership of the warehouse dispatch operation for this market-leading Healthcare Equipment Group?

This is more than just a job, it is your chance to take control of a small dispatch team of three and make a real impact across the wider warehouse operation, the 30 Branches across Queensland that are supported from your Teams activities and the customers that rely on your Team to ensure their Healthcare equipment orders arrive as planned.

You’ll be at the heart of the 7000 square metre warehouse operation that has 43 personnel in total working together to deliver warehouse and distribution outcomes for the Queensland Operation.

Reporting to Warehouse Management, you will enjoy the responsibility this hands-on Supervisor role has on offer which covers the core focus on:

• Ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time
• Drive performance, accountability, and quality standards
• Supervise, coach and energise a small team
• Maintain seamless product dispatch activities across the State Branch network
• Ensure failed daily delivery and returns to the warehouse are processed daily to ensure customer satisfaction and warehouse inventory accuracy.

This is a hands-on role where accuracy and precision meets urgency and where strong organisational ability and dispatch experiences makes all the difference.

Your Experience, Your Success

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

• A solid experience in warehouse dispatch operations
• Proven ability to supervise or lead a small team
• A track record of delivering performance and quality outcomes
• A hands-on style , you’re on the floor, not behind a desk
• A demonstrated curiosity that delivers outcomes and drives improvement
• Although ideal, a current LF Forklift licence could be valuable, however, it is not essential in this role to deliver outcomes to the operation.
