With Head Office operations in Perth for the past two years the focus has been firmly placed on establishing manufacturing operations in Brisbane to support the ease of supply to Eastern Seaboard customers with product direct from their newly appointed manufacturing facility.

Joining the Internal Sales Team and reporting directly to the Sales Manager, we are working to secure a motivated and enthusiastic team member that can assist this close-knit team to continue delivering exceptional service.

In your new team you will receive the in-depth training on all of the products and processes which will assist you understand and manage incoming pricing enquiries with accuracy, willingness and enthusiasm at each touch point.

What your day will look like?

You will assist with answering incoming calls, responding to emails and once trained assist with preparing accurate and timely quotes with a high attention to detail.

In addition, you will work with the Team to follow up quotes submitted to customers and once confirmed liaise with the wider company Departments to deliver on the customer requirements.

You will utilise your demonstrated customer service, administration and computer skills while learning new systems and processes that will build your professional profile.
