    Australia Day Refer a Friend Offer — Terms and Conditions

     

      1. 1. The promotion is being run by Youngbrook Recruitment Pty Ltd (ABN 78 1222 019 69) whose office is at Level 1, 122 Lytton Road, Bulimba QLD 4171.
      2. 2. Entry in this promotion will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
      3. 3. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older.
      4. 4. The promotion commences on Friday, 26 January 2018 at 5.00am AEST.
      5. 5. The promotion closes on Friday, 30 March 2018 at 6.00pm AEST.
      6. 6. To be eligible to enter on Facebook you must: a) Like Youngbrook Recruitment on Facebook and like the Facebook post. b) Either tag a mate in the comments of the post or share the post (setting must be public). c) The person referred must submit their resume to Youngbrook Recruitment through the above form.
      7. 7. To be eligible to enter on Instagram you must: a) Follow @youngbrookrecruitment on Instagram and like the Instagram post. b) Tag a mate in the comments of the post. c) The person referred must submit their resume to Youngbrook Recruitment through the above form.
      8. 8. To win the prize, the referred friend must work for Youngbrook Recruitment for a period of two consecutive weeks in 2018. The referred friend must not exist on the Youngbrook Recruitment database prior to the promotion commencing.
      9. 9. An individual can enter as many times as they like.
      10. 10. A person can only be recommended one time, the first person to recommend them will receive the prize.
      11. 11. Successful entrants will be notified in writing via a comment on the Facebook or Instagram post, prompting them to contact Youngbrook Recruitment to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the entrant.
