With a strong pedigree in manufacturing and now with their third location up and running on Brisbane’s Northside, this operation has capacity for volume-based batch manufacturing of custom designed products, as well as delivering custom machining for one-off speciality projects.

This temporary to permanent appointment will see you working alongside a well-established manufacturing team who share a passion for quality and service delivery, continually investing in the latest machining technology and cutting processes you will be joining a growing team of professionals who are encouraged to constantly add value to the team.

To be successful for this role you will to be a Trade qualified Fitter & Turner or Machinist with the following:

• ISO Programming experience
• Milling including 4 axis machining
• Demonstrated Lathe Skills
• Read and accurately interpret drawings
• Keep a clean and tidy work space
• Be diligently organised in your day to day activities
• Complete prestart checks including monitoring lubrication levels
• Experience Set up and run the machine
• Knowledge of feeds and speeds, or at the very least know how to work them out
• Checking and controlling quality outputs
